This is like Congress voting itself a pay raise! Then you have plain stupidity. Houston Nutt left West Virginia off his ballot. Confronted with the news, he issued an apology. They tend to hold on to such things in West Virginia (ever hear of this Hatfield and McCoy feud?). Maybe if Nutt can ever get his team bowl eligible again, it could play the Mountaineers.
