The Swamp of Dunwoody
Mention the name Steve Spurrier to Daryl Cook and he'll crow like a rooster. In fact, Cook has a rooster named Spurrier II. He also has a billy goat named Donovan after Florida basketball coach Billy Donovan and two female goats called The Gatorettes. Then look at the roof of his house. It's lined like a football field, with orange pylons and yellow goal posts, the words "Florida" in one end zone and "Gators" in the other. No, Cook doesn't live in Florida. He resides in one of Atlanta's most upscale areas, where houses go for $1 million and up. But his loyalties will be put to the test Saturday, when Florida plays at South Carolina, which now employs his favorite coach.
