Louisiana State Moves Into the No. 2 Slot

Boston College's loss to Florida State is expected to allow Louisiana State to reclaim the No. 2 spot in the Bowl Championship Series standings, according to the BCS Guru. Ohio State remains No. 1, with Oregon — previously No. 5 — moving to No. 3 after its impressive victory against Arizona State.

Kansas, with its huge win against Nebraska, is expected to move to No. 4, with Oklahoma at No. 5.

Then comes West Virginia, Arizona State, Missouri, Boston College and Georgia.

The official standings will be released Sunday.
