Penn State tailback Austin Scott has been charged with rape, sexual assault and two counts of aggravated indecent assault. All of the charges are felonies.
He also faces misdemeanor charges of simple assault and indecent assault.
The charges are in response to an attack on a woman on Oct. 5, the day before the Nittany Lions played host to Iowa.
Scott has been released on $50,000 unsecured bail and he remains enrolled at Penn State.
