Had Arizona defensive end Louis Holmes not gotten into a bit of trouble last month at the Pussycat Lounge in Scottsdale, we would have never noticed the glorious hair he has. Holmes, according to a police report, is accused of laying out a patron with one punch and ripping a doorman's Kenneth Cole blazer as he was being escorted from the establishment around 2 a.m. on July 1.When police arrived, Holmes identified himself as "Daniel," his middle name, before stating his full name.
"It's news to me," Wildcat coach Mike Stoops told the Arizona Daily Star's Ryan Finley on Tuesday. "I don't know anything about it."
Holmes, who has a court date Aug. 16, is one of five players featured in Arizona's "Live It Live" ad campaign.
