John Campanelli, Cleveland Plain Dealer: An Ohio State student who crashed the gates to see the Bowl Championship Series title game in Glendale, Ariz., is going to have to pay for a ticket and do community service equal to the hours of class he missed.

Collin Mickle, Opelika-Auburn News: Auburn and Kansas State have agreed in principle to a Sept. 1 game in Jordan-Hare Stadium. The game would be televised nationally by ESPN. Thanks to Greg!
