Harbaugh might have been a factor in the opening last season at San Diego State had he not been arrested for driving under the influence. ... Cardinal Athletic Director Bob Bowlsby is already being criticized for choosing Harbaugh. Jon Wilner of the Mercury News wrote on his blog, "For a program in the gutter, this is a huge gamble."
