Crewcut Charlie: Aloof and Arrogant
Notre Dame coach Crewcut Charlie Weis might be the big man on campus these days, but he certainly is not the big man in the coaching fraternity. Mike Jensen of the Philadelphia Inquirer says Weis is winning games, but not many friends. Jensen also makes note of a CBS Sportline column that said Weis "wasn't too willing to mingle with the Little People." It's our guess he probably doesn't like to mingle with the Village People, either. ... Now it's not all bad for old Crewcut. Jensen points out two bold decisions by Weis that helped the Fighting Irish win their opener. And others care dearly about Crewcut. Check out Weis Watchers, a site dedicated to helping Crewcut drop a few pounds. "When Weis Loses, N.D. Wins in the Long Run!"

It's the pro coach in him. He'll get better as he goes along.
It's fun to pretend, eh, Cool Hand?
Nothing but speculation in the article itself with no actual substantiation of sources. Wiz, thanks for playing your part to prove the old adage that if you repeat something enough and it'll become true. Why does it seem that 4 out of every 5 posts about ND on this site are negative?
Who gives a darn? He wins games, who cares what else he does?
Also, what does the poorly photoshopped picture in this post have to do with anything?
You domers are so uptight. Relax! There is a reason why some of the words in this post are a different color. If you click on them, a new page will appear with information that pertains to the colored words. You see, that's how this newfangled World Wide Web works. Try it, click on Weis Watchers and you'll find the "poorly photoshopped picture" in the lower right corner, along with context for all the fun The Wiz has created here. LOL.
