USC spotted Arizona State a 21-3 lead, then methodically went about its business of winning by putting the ball in the hands of LenDale White and Reggie Bush and dismantled the Sun Devils, 38-28. The outcome might have been different if, say, Arizona State had a runner the caliber of Bush. In the meantime, the USC song girls can dance the night away. They will just have to deal with it along Mill Avenue in Tempe.
