Scott McIntrye, a research associate with Ohio State University/Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center in Wooster, Ohio, has been busy on the job, strategically planting a soybean field to honor the Ohio State Buckeyes.
McIntyre spent six hours planting yellow-leafed soybeans amid a more typical green-leafed variety in the four-acre field consisting of 3,456 plots.
"That's the beauty of it — people don't know it's there," McIntyre said. "You can only see it if you're flying over it about 1,000 feet in the air."
Well, they know about it now. Thanks to Eleven Warriors.
