Of the state's seven I-A programs, Central Florida is the only one that surpassed expectations last season and the only one that — on paper, at least — appears to be on an upward trajectory. The new $47 million Bright House Stadium, pictured in a rendering, is scheduled to open in September 2007 with a game against Texas. The 45,000-seat facility could be just what the Knights need to be a big-time player.
