If you were bar hopping in Lincoln late last week and thought you saw Bo Pelini across the bar, chances are you did.The Nebraska coach was spotted at several taverns late Thursday and/or early Friday morning. Pelini, who earlier banned players from downtown bars, was apparently making sure the players were following the rules.
While we have no reason to doubt that Pelini has good intentions, that image of the coach in the French Quarter at 3 a.m. celebrating Louisiana State's victory in the Bowl Championship Series still haunts us.
Remember coach, a DUI will pay for a lot of cab rides.
