How About an LSU-Ohio State Title Game?

If the regular season were to end today, Louisiana State would play Ohio State in the Bowl Championship Series title game, according to the BCS Guru.

The first BCS standings won't be unveiled until Sunday, but the Guru's unofficial standings give the Buckeyes the nod over the Golden Bears because of Ohio State's superior computer rankings.

There is a significant gap between California and the No. 4 team, Boston College. South Florida sits at No. 5, followed by South Carolina, Missouri, West Virginia, Virginia Tech and Arizona State.

Oklahoma, despite its victory over Texas, gained little ground. The Sooners, No. 13 last week, are No. 11.

Teams taking big hits were USC, which dropped from 2nd to 13th, Wisconsin, which dropped from fifth to 17, and Kentucky, which tumbled from eighth to 18th.
