Joseph Person, Columbia State: South Carolina defensive tackle Nathan Pepper blew out his left knee while celebrating an interception return for a touchdown against South Carolina State and is done for the season.

Nathan Pepper wasn't celebrating, he simply took a weird step and immediately went down in a heap. As soon as we saw the replay on the video screen you could tell something went wrong. It was a freak accident, not caused by any kind of celebration.
