Or Maybe You Could Visit This Free Blog

News stands are full of preview magazines, but what do you get for $7? It's a mixed bag, with a lot of flash and a lot of fluff. Athlon, Sporting News, Street & Smith, CBS Sportsline and Lindy's each print about 500,000 copies, and Phil Steele cranks out about 275,000. A good sales rate is 45%, and the earlier to market, the better the success, although an earlier deadline often results in content that is compromised. So which publication is on top of the game? It depends what you are looking for, according to the Times-Picayune, which breaks down what you get for your money.

I enjoy TSN too, though the very thought of Matt Hayes makes me vomit.
